I am a Host Family of over 10 years, working with many different organisations. It was my first time with Bright World and I just HAD to write this review, because they are easily the best I have ever worked with! Super vigilant about the care of their students, which one expects, but they also genuinely respect and support the Host. They give you all the information you need, organise every detail, are always at the end of a phone if you need them. All this leads to a great feeling of confidence between the Host and the student. In other words they facilitate the very best care. I was highly impressed with them, especially as I know how much effort goes into making the ship run so smoothly - and believe me not all organisations manage this!! I especially want to mention Tori Percy and Tom Kane the Accommodation Officers and Jieni Hua the Guardianship Care Manager who were so efficient, kind, highly professional and hardworking. I loved the students they placed with me too! It was an honour to work with you, thanks Bright World! Simply the best!

It was very safe and secure to know I could always contact Bright World with things I need, or worry about. At the time I had Alex as my buddy, and she always took care of me and checked up on me, she was really nice and the entire programme is wonderful.

Bright World was the best and most rewarding option when we were looking for guardianship to our daughter. From the taxi, the buddy and host families suggested, they were splendid and quick to answer any needed support to our daughter. Keep doing your wonderful job.

Many of our lovely students use Bright World's services and we absolutely cannot fault them.
