Brockhurst (Boys) and Marlston House (Girls) are independent and boarding twin schools sharing the same estate in Hermitage, near Newbury, Berkshire. From six years of age boys and girls are taught separately in small single-sex classes, before finally coming together again for their preparation for the Common Entrance exams at the age of thirteen.
