Worth School students

Worth School is a co-educational Roman Catholic boarding and day independent school for pupils from 11 to 18 years. It is located in the South East of England and is set alongside Worth Abbey in 500 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside. The school is based on the values of the Benedictine tradition but those of all faiths and none are welcome at Worth.

A major strength of the school is the broad curriculum which is offered through A Levels or the International Baccalaureate. High standards of teaching and facilities enable pupils to aim high and fulfil their academic potential. In 2021, the school recorded its best ever results at GCSE and A Level, while IB results average in excess of 36 points, compared to the national average of 33. In April 2022, a £6.25m Sixth Form Centre and library was opened.

The school’s wider curricular programme offers a choice of more than 150 activities, clubs and societies each week, with Conservation Club, Ethics in Literature Society and the Worth School Ski Team among the latest additions. Worth’s reputation for sporting success is growing fast, while Music and Drama have always been a strength of the school.

Bright World's placement service is FREE. If you would like more information on Worth School and how to apply for a place in the school for years 7-9, GCSE or A levels then contact us now.

testimonials

Bright World provided me somewhere to stay in the half term and they have been a great listener when there are times that I would like to express my opinion on something. They are amazing!
