Shenghen Visas

We are often asked by parents and agents for advice and assistance for our students on obtaining a Shenghen Visa for travel to Europe during short holidays and half terms. Bright World does not have the resource or expertise to arrange these visas ourselves but we have done research on behalf of our clients and recommend an excellent Visa Specialist agency in London who is happy to liaise directly with parents and agents in order to obtain the necessary documentation to lodge an application.

Shenghen Visa documentation is quite complicated, especially when the traveller is under 18 and there are many documents required before an application can be lodged. Once the application is lodged it can take up to 15 days to receive your passport back again so planning well in advance is advised. You can lodge your application up to 90 days prior to travel. Please note, however, that in order to lodge an application as well as a lot of paperwork you will need a confirmed travel booking and travel insurance in place.

Child Student Visa extensions

We are also often asked for help and advice with Child Student Visa extensions in the UK. We are not qualified to assist but we do recommend the same agency who you can contact directly for assistance:

If you are interested in using the above company, then your Guardianship Care Manager will be happy to make an initial introduction for you and will help the Visa Specialist obtain any information required from the school and student. We will also assist with travel to and from the Embassy for Visa lodging and or Fingerprinting and will deduct the costs for this from your disbursement funds. In the first instance contact your GCM and let them know you wish to proceed, dates of travel and which country the student will visit first.
