Half Terms: All schools have half term holidays (9-16 nights per term) when the schools close and all students must leave. Bright World offers full screened host family accommodation for those students who need assistance. We need to know your requirements on application. Please indicate your intentions from the options below, for each of these periods:

Half Term 1 Assistance

Half Term 3 Assistance

Host Family Preferences: If your chosen school closes for some weekends (exeats) we will automatically allocate your child with a host family for these weekends. Similarly, we may need to place your child with a host family in an unexpected situation. Please guide us on your preferences below.

*Whilst we aim to completely fulfil all of your requirements, we do reserve the right to place a student with a family who does not fully comply with your request. Our families are of a very high quality and we take a lot of time and effort to check they are appropriate and will provide a safe and secure environment for your child. Safety remains our first priority in all cases and comes before non vital preferences.

Christmas and Easter: Schools close during Christmas and Easter holidays. Bright World does not usually offer any accommodation options over the Christmas holiday and requires all students to go home or make their own arrangements in the UK. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic Bright World will offer host family and residential accommodation for all students during these times when travel restrictions mean they cannot get home. We can provide host family accommodation over Easter but availability is sometimes limited and allocated on application only. Please indicate your preferences below:

**If you answer yes to this question it does not mean we will not accept your child, simply that we need more information to ensure that we have suitable families to meet your child's safeguarding needs. We will send you a Medical Information form for you to complete before we will review the application and consider if we are able to accept your enrolment.

Bright World may photograph or film activity at school during visits or at host families. These photos/film footage might be used for promotional purposes. Do you agree for your child to be included in this?
