Bright World can help students of 16 plus, who are registered on our guardianship programme, to book this exciting accommodation in London for Christmas.
The residential College is situated in the vibrant and lively Kentish Town in London. Students can benefit from luxury facilities on campus as well as having restaurants, cafes, museums, and many top sightseeing favourites all within a short distance from the centre itself.
Everything is conveniently all under one roof at SCL International College and so students will find all they need for their Christmas holiday in London. Facilities include a restaurant, social spaces, activity areas, quiet zones, laundry facilities, a library and even a disco. The Kentish Town campus has a large top-notch cinema and an on-site gym available free of charge to residents.
All bedroom studio suites are within the same building and have a private en-suite bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and fridge freezer.
There is plenty on the doorstep - from leafy Hampstead Heath Park to bustling Camden Market. The centre is also located a short walk from Kentish Town tube station on the Northern Line and Kentish Town West on the overground.
Bright World has worked with SCL International College for many years and we think that staying in their Kentish Town campus will be perfect for our older students who are looking for somewhere to stay where they can have a really good holiday. The studio rooms at SCL Kentish Town are of an exceptional quality and we can offer single ensuite with kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Some twins are available should friends or siblings wish to share.
Meals are not included in the price of the accommodation and programme. There is a restaurant onsite where students can purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Students may prefer to make their own food in their studio which is equipped with a fridge freezer and a kitchenette. Takeaways can be ordered easily and there are numerous restaurants and cafes situated a few minutes walk away from the centre.
SCL International College can offer our students accommodation for the whole of the Christmas holidays with an optional programme of English and Culture in the first week, with sightseeing guidance and assistance in weeks 2 and 3.
Students will be left to decide what they want to do and to organise that for themselves and we think this will suit our students who want some independence and flexibility in a safe and secure environment this Christmas.
Evening activities on site are optional and students are welcome to join in or opt out.

When parents of children of 16 and 17 choose to book accommodation at SCL International College, they are asked to sign a Parental Permission form. This is to acknowledge and accept that there will be adult students also staying at the campus.
Students will not be supervised during the day and will be allowed to come and go as they please around their daily registration times. There will be staff around all day who will be able to help them and advise on excursions, where to eat and outings. In week 1 they are welcome to attend the English and Culture classes offered every morning in the week.
Bright World students who are 16 or 17 enrolling at SCL International College will be asked to register at the Reception twice each day, in the morning and then at their night time curfew of 10.00pm.
Failure to register may result in exclusion from the centre so it is important they follow these rules.
Each corridor is accessible only to residents who hold a security key and there is 24/7 attendance on the reception desk and a Security guard on duty also 24/7. Should students need help during the night they can go to or call Reception to seek assistance.
Whilst at the SCL International College, students are under the care of the college and need to abide by their terms and conditions, rules and guidelines. Bright World's emergency phone and email service will also remain available to students and parents and we are here to assist, but we can take no responsibility for the behaviour or safety of students whilst in London and particularly if they break curfews and rules.
SCL International College take Covid-19 safety and hygiene seriously and measures are in place to keep students as safe as possible.
We do recommend that students choose single rooms for Christmas as they have en-suite bathrooms. Should a student test positive for Covid-19 during their stay, they will be able to isolate on site and order food to be delivered to their room. If their 10 day isolation extends past their planned leave date, they will be able to stay in their studio (or an alternative studio may be allocated) and a supplementary nightly rate will be charged. Bright World can assist with payment of this by asking for a top up of your disbursements fund and will pay the centre if necessary. We will also inform your school of the late return and make changes to travel arrangements.
